What this service does

domainfinder.io helps you generate and check the availability of candidate domain names based on a description of your project. It is not a domain registrar — we don't sell, register, or hold domains ourselves. Buying a domain happens on a third-party registrar's own site.

Accuracy — no guarantees

• Domain availability is checked via public WHOIS/RDAP lookups at the time a candidate is generated or submitted. Availability can change at any time after that check — we don't guarantee a domain shown as available will still be available when you go to register it.
• Registrar prices shown are estimates, not live prices, and may not match what you're actually charged at checkout. Always confirm the price on the registrar's own site.

Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission when you register a domain through a "Buy at" link on this site, at no extra cost to you — see our affiliate disclosure for details.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Registration requires only an email and password — no identity verification is performed.

Limitation of liability

domainfinder.io is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including losses connected to a domain becoming unavailable after being shown as available, a price shown here not matching the registrar's actual checkout price, or any service outage or interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim. This is boilerplate, not legal advice — have it reviewed by someone qualified under Latvian/EU law before relying on it for anything beyond a pre-launch placeholder.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence entitles you to bring a claim there instead.
